funny things kids say

Dan is going to take work off Monday because T doesn't have school. He told the girls he wanted to do something fun together as a family so they needed to think of something. They started with "weelll, we could go out to breakfast...then we could go out to lunch...then we could go out to dinner", then W pipes up, "and we need to go out for ice cream in between!"

I said this sounds really good to me! (they certainly are MY kids aren't they?!)



Dan says that's all fine and dandy, but what ELSE can we do? So the girls start thinking and they want to go to the zoo (but its too cold), so T says "weeellll, we could take a risk on mom and go to the mall, but we'd have to restrain mom and let her only buy 5 things!" ha ha ha Dan's like no way! 5 things will take 10 hours, we can only let her buy ONE thing!

I'm laughing that my kids know me so well that if we get to the mall I'm going to drag them from store to store (and not the fun stores like Build -A- Bear that they want to go to) LOL

Well, I think after a little research and phone calls we will wind up at the bowling alley and at the dollar theater for the Princess and Frog showing (as well as dinner and ice cream ha ha). ;)
