unfortunately I missed the shot...but these four lovely goats were standing on their hind legs eating the branches off the trees in our front yard. No, the goats don't belong to us. They belong to our neighbors. About 2weeks ago they figured out how to get out of their yard and now everyday its a game with me and the girls to see whose yard and whose trees they are eating that day. Hilarious. The excitement of country living. Once we even had a stray cow and her calf bed down in the brush area at the edge of our yard. Too weird. Obviously we see deer and coyotes too, but you have to admit the goats are pretty funny. When my youngest daughter saw them on OUR trees, she started yelling at them through the window "I'm going to put you in TIMEOUT! Bad goats! " LOL too funny!

I'm glad you can laugh about the goats, it would be nice to have a neighbor like you. "The excitement of country living" indeed. Currently we have a ranch hand and his wife who lived in downtown SLC for 30 years, then moved here. She used to come over yelling about my goats, who got loose sometimes, AND she was too afraid of them (miniature goats, I might add) to move them herself! Ugh. I hope your neighbors appreciate your understanding!
