Your picture looks SO good! I was really tired in class today...just not a whole lot of enthusiasm or pep. But, we made it through and did pretty good. What was your total calories? mine was 501 for 1:31. That seems unusually low....must be in correlation to my energy level. hmmm...
BTW..I'm already thinking about where I can find another 5K so I can do better next time! ha ha

Are you planning to run the Tulsa Run in October? I'm considering starting to train for it. I don't know. It's so much longer...but I think if I went at a slower, steadier pace and if I really train for it adequately this time (like follow an actual training schedule) I might be able to pull it off.
That was so inspiring to hear that Marathon Mandy just ran the Boston Marathon and at such an AMAZING SPEED! WOWOWOWOW!!!
