I am the Grill Master!

I have never used our grill before. Dan usually does that, and does a really fine job of it (I might add!) He grills DELISCIOUS chicken and veggies, which I love to eat. They taste SO good! Maybe they taste even better because I didn't cook them-ha ha.
So about once a week this summer I have been thawing out chicken and slicing up zucchini and squash with the hope that he will grill it after work for dinner. He has, and I've loved it. However, I don't want it to become a chore for him, that after working a long hard day he then has to come home and cook too. BUT, I want to keep eating this yummy grilled food...
so I had to come up with a plan. That meant I had to learn how to use the grill and cook on it.
The other day I had him show me how to turn it on and he told me where to place the food and that I should flip it over every 3-4 minutes.
Got it.
I got this thing down.
Problem is, for a girl who can break a sweat blow drying her hair in the air conditioned bathroom, it is sweltering hot and sweaty on the back porch in 90 degree heat with an open flame in my face! Maybe this wasn't such a good idea afterall?
However, when it was all finished... it was deliscious! My first grilling experience! woohoo!

Now the only drawback to this may be... he may never grill again. Uh-oh. ;0
