New glasses

Turns out our oldest daughter, T , may have inherited my eyesight...unfortunately.
It hasn't even been a year since she got glasses, and we are already into a new much larger prescription and because she broke her nose piece on her first pair, a new pair of frames as well. Her first pair were pink and purple with flowers on the side. Very cute. This pair is brown on the outside and light blue on the inside , with flowers on the sides as well. They are cute too. This pair doesn't have rubber nose pieces so hopefully she won't be bending them and they will be more sturdy (fingers crossed). She is so excited to be "able to see again".   I know the feeling, I remember getting excited that trees really had leaves and the grass was not just a blanket of green but actually individual blades. She is so funny when she gets new glasses "thank you, thank you, thank you" she is so happy to SEE!  I guess that really is something to be thankful for, and we should all be thankful for the little and big things in our lives.
